For the past 2 days !!

On Wed I learn how to fillet 4 kinds of fish . Basically the fish are snapper , sea bass , mackerel and salmon . Waoh !! So cool right. For goodness sake of those who do not know what type of fishes are all that. This are the pictures of these fishes.

Yeah thats the 4 kind of fish !! Now they are frozen and Dismantled !! And on thurs i get to pan-fried some of them for training . Training was fun . Thanks Sir Edwin for his patience for teaching me . I put in much effort to be a fast learner ok !! cos i am eager to learn , cheyyyy .. Haha. On thurs, i also learn how to trim a whole tenderloin , this was my first time and its huge and bloody .

So this is it , its huge and bloddy , even the chopping board can't contain it . See how magnificent(a crap word to discribe it) it is .
Yeah !! I love my training !!! Got to go !!
