Tiring weekS with a "S" ! : D

This few week have been very tired !!! Even robot will break down !!! I have been training since ... So i got no time to update !! I will update soon , soon , soon !!! Yeah !! I am having fun in my life !! my life is just like a roller coaster ride !! Fun and pain , which everyone going through !! I just take it very positively !! Yeah !! So loser what are u guys waiting for !! haha . just kidding !!!
I will stop updating for a while preparing to update after Nov . Since i will be away in Nov from 11 - 20... Shhhh...

Tired weeks !!!! :D

Last week was fully used up for me.. !!! All training.. Training with Sie Sie and Brenda...!!! These 2 is so funny and cute!!! They are full of nonsense .. Hahaha.. And the kept calling me Xiao Di Di... I can't stand it man... !!! Fun at the pastry side !! hahah And also train in amber kitchen with Jim... Learn alot from them , need to sharpen my skills to prepare for the in-coming competition... Hope to bring something back !!!
This week also monday and tuesday went back for training also... When i see the WS training and prepare for their mock serving to the guess !!! Wahhh... Make me worry for myself also.. So tough and stress man !!!
Yesterday night went out for dinner with Frieda , Shie Ling , Samatha+ her cousin , Sin Wee and the juniors(they are funny people , funny people always go parties) consist of Ray , Kian An , Augustine and jonathan... And we went to Hogs Breaths... All of us seem to waste our money there... The food are CRAP !!! I spent $41 for a meal man !!! Hahaha....

YEAH !!! Our event was a great success... !! I believe we didn't expect things to turn our like this !!! Everything were smooth... 2 thumbs up for the whole team !!! The event just blown us away !!! Wednesday and Thursday !!!

On wed , went to school to see the tobasco competition selection for our school , in the end 3 groups were selected .!!! Good job dude. . . Although both group from my class was not being selected , but its okay guys you guys did your best !! All the best for the attachment !!! Did not load the picture but will load it here asap !! hahaha.. Then after that went to Jack's place for some bits !! Yeah !! home sweet home !!!

On thurs , some of my classmates , Frieda, Isk ,YongZheng , ShieLing , WanRong , Irah , Anthony , Joe ,Harun , YiPeng , Roy and me went to Sentosa .. :D We have great fun there !!! Roy day over there was censored !!! In the water (Censored) ..... When we sitting down , we saw (Censored)... Haha ..OoooosssHhhhh.... !!! haha.. Went for dinner at vivo, and slack for a few hours after that at the Top over Vivo !!!! Have alot of laughter and craps chatting over there !!! Hahaha.. !!! Joe know how to dance seh.. Haha.. Great fun and we went home .. Tired !!!!

Tobasco Hotchef Team Challenge 2008

Hey friends ! Tomorrow will be the selection of 2 team for the competition in our school.. I guess there is quite a few teams . My class send two team for the competition . ! Recently i receive emails from 25*Cdegree bookstore which only sell cookbooks !!! The email is regarding some rare and premium cookbooks , a few that i wish to buy it they email states that when they send the email , within 2 days some of the books is already sold out !! OMG ! So fast right !! For the next shipments , I hope i will have enough money to buy these 2 books !!!

Today !

Went out to cut hair , What took the barber so long , what took the barber so long .. ! haha.
Rush back home from bedok ! ! Ask mum to cook fried rice. ! I rush home to cook the japanese curry then pour it on the rice and top with mozarella cheese !!! Drooling right!? haha Bake it !! And that goes a wonderful curry baked rice !!! ArgHhhhh..... ! ! !

Below are some advices from chefs that i read from the newspaper !

What advice do you have for an aspiring chef?

Sam: Three words - loyalty, commitment and most importantly, sacrifice.

The reality is, having passion and being hardworking are just the basic requirements, they will not sustain you when you develop further in your career.

Many other elements make a successful chef, such as having the support of your family, the boss and customers, and even the media.

Eric: Attitude. You may have the talent but if you do not have the right attitude to carry that talent, then everything else is pointless.

Edward: You must be prepared to sacrifice, especially when you are young and just starting out. It's the best time - and you need a lot of that - to learn everything.

Cooking is serious business. If you've decided to take on the role, you must make it your responsibility.
